Returns

In the unlikely circumstance you are not content with your purchase, you may return the parcel to us in secure and protected packaging for a refund or exchange within the guidelines below. 

Returning an item(s) for a refund or exchange must be made within 14 days of placing the order. Any returns made after this period may be rejected and sent back to the original delivery address. The Juggernaut return/exchange policy doesn’t cover the following: 

  • Ordinary wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper use or accidents
  • If product care instructions are not followed

    We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

    • The product has been washed
    • The product has been worn
    • The tags have been removed
    • The product is returned with animal or human hair

      REFUNDS / EXCHANGES 

      If you would like to return or exchange and item, please email juggernaut.athleisure@gmail.com with your order number and return request, the team will advise you to fill out the return form (sent via email) and attach the form inside the return parcel.

      Customers are liable for the cost of returning item(s) and for the parcel itself until it reaches us. We highly recommend sending returns on a tracked delivery service such as AusPost to avoid any issues.

      FAULTY PRODUCTS

      If you believe your product is defective please, we ask that you send photos of the fault to juggernaut.athleisure@gmail.com. Common defects may include an incomplete logo print, faulty zipper, or missing aglet. If deemed faulty, we will ask you to return the item and will pay the shipping expense for you. We will also express post a non-defective unit to your location. Before this, we will be sure to confirm your details in case you have changed your address or would like the item in a different colourway.
